John Hunt continues the work of Lotus Flower Trust (LFT) under the amended title of: Lotus Flower Trust – Ladakh.

Working on his own the charity is a Micro Trust supported by Givingworks charity (registration number 107877) who cover some of the legal, administration and financial transactions. Givingworks levies a 7% charge on all funds raised for their services. No other charges are made against funds raised as John absorbs them himself, working from home and paying for the general running costs, including flights and in country costs, from his pension. He does not believe in taking funds donated for the poor for himself. At 85 he is a fulltime unpaid volunteer!

John’s work is subject to all the aims and objectives of Lotus Flower Trust as well as all the laid down policies and principles. John’s work is now concentrated on helping the people of Ladakh, Uttrakhand and a number of selected projects in other areas of India.

If you can help fund projects, please contact John by email at johnhuntnfo@outlook.com and follow social media links at the bottom of this page. Thank you.
