Krishi College was opened in 1962 and there are currently 178 students studying here. The College is not supported at all by the Education Department of Uttrakhand or any other Government departments and must pay for all their resources from meagre College fees charged to parents. These funds are not enough to pay for much-needed modernisation of the school.

Members of the management team at the College have seen some of the projects LFT has supported recently and, whilst they have not asked us to fund the building of new premises, they would appreciate it if we could fund the renovation of eight classrooms. Can you help us help improve the learning environment for these students?

Funding will cover: Plastering and repairing the walls, repairing damaged windows and doors, and whitewashing the ceilings and walls.
